Update: So, the app is improving. Kudos. How about making it smarter? It would be nice if I didnt have to log-in with my password each time I use it. Touch-I.D. should have already been implemented. Also, why do you make me select the way I wish to be notified for each reservation, as though I havent already told you that? And having to type in my email address is annoying - you already have it! I know this because Ive typed it in over and over again, AND because of all the email advertising you send me. The idea of an app is supposed to be quick and efficient.
Old Review: Luckily Southwest has better pilots than app writers. Great airline, lame app. This "Upgrade" is a huge disappointment.
And no iPad app? You have to run the iPhone-only app on the iPad, which is kludgey. Oddly, the icon on my phone is normal while the iPad icon only shows a placeholder.
Southwest: you can do better.
