Every update seems to break something
It used to be that my wife would automatically have her Companion tickets added to her own RR account. She is A List on her own and not having A list on boarding pass means no access to expedited bag check and other A List benefits. Now we have to manually enter her RR number for every companion ticket in order to have the correct status show on the boarding pass. We have not found a way to do this with the app. Regardless of ticket category she has still earned A List benefits...why not make it automatic like it used to be? In a previous review I have questioned whether real customers are involved in the app development process. I continue to wonder....
