1) Allow change to one way on "select flight page" so we dont have to go back to edit. 2) Allow changing to points on later screens such as select flight and before booking so we dont have to start all over just to compare cost verse points.

App throws API error when trying to change flights. Had to go to website to do this.

Every update seems to make things worse. I always have to log in... Im also sick of getting error messages when Im trying to book a flight. Please fix this ASAP!

Requires iOS 8.0 now. Guess Ill print my boarding pass on PAPER....deleted app.

You cant book travel through App. When you pick the date it freezes. Its been doing it a few weeks. I have to use their site on my phone if I want book anything.

But not much. Finally able to save boarding passes to Wallet, but the app is horrible when it comes to notifications. If there are any changes (gate changes, time changes, flight delays, etc), the app should notify me. It doesnt. It seems like a huge gap that should be filled.

Dont bother if you book your spouses flight with yours. And... Why wouldnt you? Wont be able to access mobile boarding passes which is stupid. Also, if flight is showing in my account, what is the point of not being able to simply click a check in button. You have to re-enter the confirmation number and passenger name. Useless.

While the user interface has better graphics, if you take flights with multiple legs it simply wont show them. It shows what is labeled as "departing" and "returning", although that is really only legs one and two. No other flights show up, making it impossible to check in. Back to the drawing board with this one, Southwest.

since the last update, app became useless. cant open or even delete this app. pl fix this.

Love this app when I am flying Southwest. I have never had any issues with the functionality. Touch ID would be a nice addition. Only problem I ever had was when my flight was delayed, my boarding pass disappeared- am guessing the systems didnt update the backend to know that the flight had been delayed, therefore the app thought we had departed, and boarding pass disappeared. Other than that, no complaints! Very useful!

Every update requires me to login again...hence finding my account number. That alone makes the app a waste everyones time.

The app should be programed like good apps and request cell service be enabled for this app if it’s unable to connect properly. Instead it just claims there is no internet connect even though internet itself is working fine on your phone. So if it’s not working it’s up to user to determine if it’s a bug in the app or dig through the cell settings to make sure the app is enabled.

This is pretty bad. Happened to me several times. You have your boarding pass, flights slightly delayed. As you get in line trying to retrieve the boarding pass: try later !!!!!! No boarding pass. Please fix asp.

Why do I have to log in every single time I use this application? Or if that is necessary why cant the developer integrate with the biometric API?

I only use this app to check in, but not to book the flights. It is really awkward to use. The fonts are way too large which limits the amount of information that can be displayed on the screen, and the app does not have the same functionality as the page displayed in the browser. This goes for both the iPad and iPhone app.

They made it look better, like other airline apps but that is where the comparison ends. The app is useless for anything other than checking in. No up to date flight info, no notifications, no remembering who you are, disappearing boarding passes, etc. Designed be 2nd graders who have no clue. Dont waste your time downloading!
