With this app I can check in for flights earlier, access my e-boarding pass quicker, manage booked flights conveniently, and search for new flights easily. I never had a problem getting a decent spot in the boarding line, and never have to worry about losing my boarding pass. The southwest app keeps all of my flight info conveniently up to date (as much as an app can), and the rest is up to me!

Please make more frequent updates. I like this able when I fly alone, but I dont understand why it cant support group trips... Wasting so much paper making groups print their boarding passes.

Absolutely not working with new iOS upgrade. Dont even bother the call for customer service. They are useless too. So sad.

The boarding pass doesn't update at the airport. I save my boarding pass to my wallet. When I get to the airport I have to delete it and go to the app to add an update pass with the gate referenced in it. It should update as soon as I get to the airport and notify me what gate I need to go to!!!!!!

This app is broken. I have five legs on one reservation and only three show up. I have to log into their website to check in to the last two legs. This removes the convenience this app is suppose to offer.

Would be nice to have option to set alerts for flights that are arriving in your city. I.e. Picking up friends and family...

Doesnt show boarding pass. Doesnt link with wallet.

Need to add feature to scroll through multiple boarding passes. If you are just flying solo, no troubles. However, if your trip includes multiples its a struggle to access each boarding pass. If you keep adding the pass to Apple Wallet, eventually it will refresh to the next pass. But sometimes it wont and other times it shows the next pass, but still is the previous. You end up having multiples of the same pass in Apple Wallet you have to delete.

The old SW App worked great. The March 2016 requires you to upgrade your iPhone IOS in order to use it. Why not allow old IOS users to continue using the old app which worked great?! Went from great app to no app! Thats not much help.

Always used last version but now I can not due to supposed improvements. Not getting a new phone for one app. Will go back to printing passes.

I can find my flights but I cannot check in unless I write my reservation number on a separate piece of paper. When I try to check-in it says this reservation is ineligible for check-in rather than saying the problem is the 24 hour limit. Website on my phone is easier to use than the app is. TSA Pre designation is difficult to identify on mobile boarding passes. Knowing how to add to Wallet is unclear and my wife cant figure it out. I luckily get it done but cant explain how. Just have to hit the right button I guess.

The latest version of the app is better but boarding passes of flights that are delayed are deleted. Not good when trying to board.

I appreciate the convenience of the app. The most recent upgrade has made it easier to check-in for flights. However, when I save my boarding pass to Apple wallet it does not contain the anticipated landing time on it. So, when I share the pass with the person who is supposed to pick me up it does not let them know when I should arrive. Also, please add an option to submit feedback directly through the app.

Really annoying glitch: on delayed flights, the boarding pass will randomly disappear from the app. Thats incredibly irritating when you lose your place in line at security or in line to board the plane -- especially with open seating. Good app for booking, but disappearing boarding passes are not cool.

After having used the app previously, Ive found after update, that it does not recognize my userid, nor my email to allow me access to my account. When I log in to the website, guess what? Im in. I like SWA, but your IT folks need to work this out.

Pulling up your multiple boarding passes requires the patience of a monk and the forward planning of a prophet. Thank goodness I had the presence of mind to text my husband and 2 daughters their boarding passes a day in advance...the app does not show all of your passes if you purchased more than one ticket. This is beyond frustrating. I had to refresh the app about 50 times while my coffee got cold. But because I have the patience of a monk and the forward planning of a prophetess, I was good to go. On the up side, the convenience of boarding passes on your phone is just great! And I love being able to check-in through the app. Also, the fact that my return flight attendant sang 2 Frank Sinatra songs on the aircraft cabins microphone makes me a southwest customer for life, despite this painfully inefficient app.

Multiple boarding passes for several people on same itinerary does not work. All only displays on pass at a time and you cannot select which passenger to download the boarding pass for.

The feel, functionality, look and performance have improved over time. I like how now you can make updates (i.e. change flight, add companion). I would like to see an Apple Watch app that shows basic flight info but Im happy about this app in its current state. Keep up the good work and thanks!

I can pull up my flight from three or four different places in the app and there it is. But I cant save it or add it to a list anywhere. Cant find the actual boarding pass or even add it to Apple wallet. Its like half an app.

Was it because the flight was delayed? Or was it something else? When they announced us to line up, my boarding pass basically disappeared. I was A18 and because of this I was the very last person on the plan, stuck with a middle seat!
