Convenient but beware!

Pulling up your multiple boarding passes requires the patience of a monk and the forward planning of a prophet. Thank goodness I had the presence of mind to text my husband and 2 daughters their boarding passes a day in advance...the app does not show all of your passes if you purchased more than one ticket. This is beyond frustrating. I had to refresh the app about 50 times while my coffee got cold. But because I have the patience of a monk and the forward planning of a prophetess, I was good to go. On the up side, the convenience of boarding passes on your phone is just great! And I love being able to check-in through the app. Also, the fact that my return flight attendant sang 2 Frank Sinatra songs on the aircraft cabins microphone makes me a southwest customer for life, despite this painfully inefficient app.
