Terrible app and airline

Both are just the worst - how is this for an idea, the app alerts you if your flight changes? Maybe an alert if your flight is delayed. This simple implementation seems to be missing from this app. This seems important for an airline that is replete with delays. Also good luck getting any semblance of a desirable seat if you check in more than 30 seconds after the 24 hour period.
