Mobile ticket/pass for wallet feature failed

They advertise that the app supports mobile pass and thus Apple Wallet, but upon checking in via the app the option to choose how to receive the mobile pass to add to Apple wallet never appeared, instead I was directed to print my boarding passes or go to a kiosk at the airport. Lame!
